Default is it true?

a friend of mine says that the automatic jdm d15b vtec sohc has a bigger intake manifold than the 5-speed?? is this true he says that the 5-speed has a intake manifold the size of a cx. just wondering if thats true or not. cuz i just picked up an automatic jdm d15b. will this work well with turbo with cx tranny?

not sure bout the mani...

but it might have a less aggressive cam....

auto b16's are like that...

aaahh damn that sucks. less aggressive? can anyone second that? what about the automatic d15b turbo'd with a cx tranny? how would that be? any experiences?

Some sy that boost and longer gears are better, but the CX tranny is way too long for a boosted D Series.

Find an Si/EX tranny.

cuz thats all i have to use for awhile.. no more funds... till later.. maybe si trans later. but i wanna know how it would be with my cx. thats all if i would be happy with it since imma be with it for awhile

i got a cx its a pos max out in 1st around 38 and like 62 in second its such a pos tranny omfg gears way too tall its retarded

it wont be good for youre turbo but its not good for NA either, it will work, SHORTER TRANNY IS ALWAYS BETTER FOR ACCELERATION, bottom line. the cams are less agressive on auto honda motors. i don't think it has a bigger IM i think thats BS
