Troubles with Rota C8's ... Please help
Hey whats up... I just picked up some gold 16'' rota c8's for my 93' si, they're mounted on yokohoma as es 100's here's the problem...
When going down the road I hearing a low whistle/vibration at about 30mph.. what could this be? I've tried wheel spacers but this did not solve the problem (thanks ben for lettin me borrow them). Any help is EXTREMELY appreciated... I've taken these wheels off 3 times so far and I don't want to do it much more...

Get it electronically balanced or even bubbled balance.
I bet you almost anything its that. Or if not that how do you tighten your lug nuts? Do you have it jacked up with you tighten your lug nuts as much as you could and then once you drop it down retighten it? (thats the correct way of doing it)
Or do you just loosely tighten it when its up and then tighten it all the way when the weight of the car is already on the tires? (Wrong way)

Re: (VTECisSeXY)
Hey, (off topic sorry) Do you live near Catalina St.? I think I've seen your rex there and your old one too about last year. I used to live in Wooster.

Re: (VTECisSeXY)
When I first got my C8's mounted on my car when I came to a slow stop I had a similar whistling noise.. a friend of mine thought I had a turbo.
It went away in like a day.
Edit: I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with C8's. For the record.

it may or may not have anything to do with the C8's but just to be on the safe side I'd highly recommend you balancing your wheels correctly. Going at 125mph, every lil weight on that tire NEEDS to be evenly distributed.
