trouble with windows
i have a '97 ek with power windows. right now i'm having a really big problem with the driver side window, it keeps jumping out of it's tracks, and i keep having to disassemble the door to fix it, if anybody has any suggestions please let me know!
i added lubricant to the 2 rubber raillings on each side of the door and it worked for a couple of days, but it keeps doing it
, should i just buy new ones or is there anything else i can do

sounds like the retaining bracket on the inside isnt secured or something.. check to make sure everythings tight an in place when u have door apart... theres a writeup on here that someone did when converting their car to power everything an he had some in depth info on the windows an tracks an all that ****....
