Default Trouble shoot this for me

i have a 95 honda civic LX 1.5L

5 days ago, i added Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to my car after getting a full tank. 2 days ago i got to 1/2 tank and it started pulling to get out of 1st, when cutting the car on,it sounding like something was popping very slow out of the exhaust(almost like a weed eater)...on the way home from work ,i fill the tank up and it stopped a little.. i checked the transmission fluid and it was fine.. i replaced the spark plugs (NGK V-power). after that the car began to smoke.. white smoke... smells a little like the fuel injector cleaner.. but the problem wasn't fixed.. i replaced the fuel filter.. ran good for about 10 mins no problem she was perfect..gave it a test drive and a little smoke started at first but stopped after a few minutes.. after cutting it off i let it set for a few minutes once started again it started smoking reallly really bad. it didnt smell like the fuel cleaner.. i cant explain how it smelled..when the car is on, it will set a little above 0 RPM almost to where it will cut itself off, my oil looks good not cloudy or milky

i have be told to drain the fuel and add new fuel or/and i blew my head gasket

what would you do next?

Thanks for the help

Compression test and leak-down test.

Don't waste your time draining and refilling your fuel tank.

When was your last full tune up? Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, timing check, compression test, in that order. For the wires, cap, and rotor, ONLY use Honda parts.

Is your Check Engine Light on? If not, are you sure it works?
