Default Transmission service

What would be a better thing to do for Automatic transmission service ?

Do the powerflush using the machine ? or drain it and change the filter ?

Car has 75k mile and the last transmission service was done at 30k miles which was drain and replace the filter with gasket. please advise.

Also any DEXRON III fluid is good or any brand name is better ?

wht about powerflush using the machine ? seems like this technique remove the all fluid. the drai and fill only removes the portion of the fluid. what is your opinion about this ?

most flushes push through 14 qts of tranny fluid through the whole tranny, torque converter and cooler lines, where a drain and fill only gets out about 1/3 of the fluid in the pan only.
The best thing would be to do both, but a flush is by far superior to a drain and fill.
As posted above most honda tranny's dont have pans and filters like traditional auto trans.

I'm glad to hear that honda transmissions don't have filters. I was wondering about that. I honestly think a power flush would be better so you can make sure all the gunk gets out of it. Just a suggestion.
