Default transmission question

im new to hondas and im trying to do an engine swap from my d15B7 to a D16z6, the transmission in my car is clean, i was wondering if the tranny will line up with the d16 engine, that and any tips on makeing the swap as well?

great, saves me the hassle, also when changin the motors, i know i need a new wiring harness, and new ECU, but is there any major differances i should be aware of?

I believe it pretty much straight forward other then the vtec, I dont think the z6 has a crank sensor.
