Well first of all I have a 93 del sol si with a d16z6 engine with about 115k and a d16y8 tranny with about 110k. Just recently about 2 to 3 months ago had a brand new oem clutch installed by honda. The problem im having is that when I start the car up cold after sitting a while or over night it jerks and seems like the axles jerk. Also the transmission grinds into 3rd gear over 20mph, but the odd thing is that after it warms up about like 15 min of driving it will not grind into 3rd gear anymore at all. I know its most likely the synchros or gear for 3rd, but its just weird because it goes away once its warmed up. So if anyone has experienced this or has any ideas on this please let me know.
