Default transmission help

I am replacing a D16Y7 in my daughter's 1998 automatic Civic Lx. I'm not sure how the engine separates from the automatic transmission. What is the best procedure for doing this? Please help!

Honestly I don't know how different an automatic is to get it out of the car, but here is a writeup I did for a manual.

to you for tackling this project for your daughter.

EDIT: This is for a 92-95, which is very similar, but it's also for a manual. It's a little more thorough than mine. Made by a very higly esteemed member.
