Transmission Fluid

I know this is debated highly on other boards all the time. I figured I would get input from one of the boards I've lurked on namelessly for awhile.

93 Si the haynes manuel calls for 10w 30 motor oil in the tranny.

Other people tell me to use Redline MTF an still yet others say Honda MTF. What do you all recomend? If you all say Honda MTF, someone mind telling me where the closest Honda dealership is to Pottstown PA?

ive just used motor oil. you will probablly hear different things though.

works fine to me!!

use full synthetic 10w30. it made a huge difference in my car

call a honda dealership and ask them what the price is for a few quarts of the honda gear oil. its nice knowing whats supposed to go in there is in there.
