Default Transmission Rebuild ?

Ok here goes I have the trans torn down from my 93si it is the S20B000 with just under 150k on it. I was starting to have what I thought was input shaft bearing noise. It turned out to be the diff. So I figured that I would just change all the bearings and syncros along with putting in an lsd. I found a good bit of rounding of the teeth on th 3rd/4th syncro sleeve and hub assy . 1st question how much rounding is ok and won't effect shifting. 2nd does anyone have a set that they are willing to sell. I can't justify the huge price that the dealer wants for a new set

he doesn't need synchro rings, he needs the sleeve, that slides over the synchro rings. I do not know of a company that makes those individually, and they ARE the major reason for grinding. Poeple think it's the brass rings, but more often it's the sleeve. It's hard to explain with words, but it should be sharp enough to be able to guide itself into the ring teeth,,,,basically, if you have rounding, change it

The comp boosted rival posted has everything for the trans that you might need including some cool carbon lined syncos. Very cool check them out
