Default transmision parts question

im dealing with a guy parting out a 97 civic ex on ebay i want to use his parts to convert my 96 dx hb to manual, he needs to know what parts i want so i was wondering if some one could help write up a comprehensive list of all the parts that i would need from his car for a complete auto to manual conversion, be as thorough as possible i dont want to miss even the smallest part thanx guys

well i give you some that i can think of off the top of my head to get you started
1 man trans (duh)
2 man flywheel
3 man starter
4 man shift linkage
5 man trans mounts
6 man pedal assembly
7 man shifter center con
8 man clutch/ pressure plate/ throw out b. master.slave cylinders and lines
i also believe the ign switch is different too
goodluck hope someone can help him finish the list

Yeah all that stuff plus:

passenger side axle from an m/t, you should be able to reuse your driver axle.
