TRANS Plug Problem
Well here we go. I know that everyone gonna call me a dumbass but I over tightened my trans plug (fill plug) and cracked the caseing where the plug screws in. What should I do? I dont wanna buy a new trans because the one I bought only has like 45k on it. Anyone know where I could just buy the caseing from a bunk *** trans or just the caseing period?

Dude, that totally sucks! I've heard of others doing that before, but that no good at all. Find one at a parts yard or someone doing a swap or someone selling a "broken"/"bad" tranny to swap internals on.

yeeeeaaa it blows I got the plug jb welded with the crack. It leaks a little but anytime it acts weird I add like 1/4 a quart in it.
Damn I forgot how hard it was to take that caseing off... Damn oh well. =D
