Can't go wrong with that. Also, I'm a big fan of the GM syncromesh, but it's kinda pricey

Re: TRANS FLUID??? (nsxmatt)
i was told that 5w30 or 10w30 oil was what i should use by a honda dealer. is that wrong and should i use only mtf from honda. i work at a chevy dealer so syncromesh is easy to get but will that accually work for a manual trans.

You can put 10w30 if you want, and it'll probably be fine... but Genuine Honda MTF or Syncromesh is all I use. I did use 10w30 for about 1000 miles after I got my new tranny, just to get the crap out of it, then I changed to Honda MTF.
