Tranny wont Shift Into First......

Just got my EG hatch finally...drove it home fine and all of a sudden it just dosent go into first gear..What the problem is???

Any Help would be appreciated....

maybe the clutch is fucked. can you go into other gears? if you can, then first gear is messed up.
