tranny wont come off

I took off all bolts that connect the tranny and the block and it still wont come off. I tried taking a sledge hammer and beatin the shit out of it but it still didnt work. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the bitch off?

I had the same problem one time. Take the starter off... one of the two starter bolts goes all the all through to the engine.

Ya make sure EVERY bolt that holds that thing on is off...

Underneath where the flywheel sheild is there is a bracket that holds it to the block.. everyone else is already stating an obvious one, the starter bolt. The ones in the rear where the L bracket is..

Im sure its just a missed bolt no worries

did you remove the axles?

if your starter is not off that's your problem.. it should glide off pretty easily with a prybar..
