It should. They are both d15 single cams, correct? Someone may need to help here, my knowledge of single cams is not very extensive. The biggest differece I can think of is that the vehicle speed sensor is mechanical on OBD0 cars (crx) and it's an electronic sensor on OBD1 cars (eg civic).

And of course, one is a cable tranny and the other is a hydro tranny. You'll need a conversion kit.

itd be cheaper for you to just buy a hydrolic tranny from the start.

sohc tranny's are everywhere and cheap, however finding one that doesn't have any grinds is not as easy. I wouldn't do the conversion kit though.

Sounds like a plan, now my question, ECU wise what do I need with a manual tranny?

Your P28 already in your car. If your car is auto, you'll need a 5-speed P28.
