b16 tranny's ( aside from the ITR) are as short as its going to get for b-series tranny.

We cant (by forum rules of bench racing) tell you for sure.
But look at it this way, the shorter the gears, the quicker your car will accelerate.
If your looking for the shortest you can get without spending a fortune, then find an SI tranny, ITR's are even shorter but cost allot more than an SI trans does.

Use the B16 trans (the 2000 Si). It's only 1.6L so it doesn't use a lot of fuel anyways.

The GSR is better if you do a lot of highway driving as it's a tad bit longer, and obviously the '00 Si trans will accel faster but whatever floats your boat.

How is your driving? Optimum speed? Crank it to the redline from redlight to redlight? Lots of highway time?

I mean what are you aiming to get?
