Default Tranny problems seem to be advancing... = \

NOw sometimes my car will go into the upper gears and not the bottom gears. i.e. 1st 3rd 5th and sometimes itll go into the bottom gears and not the top ones.

if it wont go into second i can put it in first and accelerate rapidly then it will shift just fine.... WTF.

Flush and refill tranny with honda MTF.
When you start car, slap in 2nd gear to align the syncros. I do it everytime I start my car, you know the annoying reverse grind, that does not happen after you put tranny in 2nd gear.
Check slave/master clutch cylinder for leaks.
Clutch fluid resivior full?
Bleed clutch.

If these steps don't rectify the problem, then kick me in the *****.

Learn to double clutch in the meantime, you don't want to mis gears, i.e. 1st - 3rd.
