Default tranny problems 5th falls out and no reverse

ok i have a b16 eg w/ gsr tranny and I've had it OHH about 5 days now and i was driving to drill for the army national guard and is about 1 and 1/2 hours away and along the way i was in 5th just cruising at about 60 and it came out of 5th ... so of course i put it back in and not long after again it indeed fell out... it has been doing this every since but now it is hard to even shift into 5th it grinds and i have to really punch it in sometimes and reverse and completely blocked off......ok i have a fucked up tq mount but idk if that would do any thing ...it also has problems shifting into 1st and 3rd sometimes and a few times it wouldn't even go into first or second had to start in 3rd, other times first through 5th is fine and no reverse but then it would come out if 5th again... i am stumped... and so is everyone else i know ....i changed the linkage b/c it was d series linkage made to work on a b series i put linkage from my integra on it but still same problem....... the motor isn't very solid as in i can move it quite a bit ...idk what the problem is ....any help would be appreciated.
