Default tranny problem + double clutch question

ok, basically the synchros for my third gear is screwed up, shifting at anything pass 3000 rpm will result in grinding, i have found out that by double clutching when i downshift i can bypass the use of the synchros and shift without grinding however, i cannot get the method to work while upshifting, and when i sit down and think about the mechanics behind double clutching i realize that it won't bypass the use of the synchros on an upshift because you have to slow the rotational speed down not increase it, so therefore my question is, is there a way to bypass the use of a synchro on an upshift because having to shift from 2nd to 3rd at 3000 rpm all the time really sucks
