Default Tranny Gurus: Is a JDM CTR LSD a direct replacement diff for a USDM 2000 Civic SI?

Can anyone tell me if this lsd from a 1999 Japanese Civic Type-R will drop right into my 2000 American Civic SI? Any insight is appreciated! Anybody who has tried will be worshipped!!

Thanks,

Jeremy
