tranny ground not tightening?

that would be the power to the starter i wrecken and it is not supposed to be super super tight....
*disconect battery
*hold that wire
*tighten untill the lock washer is compressed and you will be fine

tried holding the ground. . locking nut wont turn then . . do i need to break the nut. .? should it be loose from the wire? im not sure because its a locking nut. .

You shouldn't discourage people when he is here obviously to get answers. What makes you think that you have the right to say things like that to other people? You should disconnect for awhile and reflect on your attitude and how far that will get you in life.
Take off the first nut and remove the power wire. then tighten the net that is closest to the starter unit. re-install the power wire and tighten again. be sure to remove the positive battery cable beofre you touch this wire with anything metal.
