Default Tranny Grinding (searched)

Shifting was ok then began to get harder now 3rd 4th and sometimes 5th scratch. I can sit still and shift through all gears fine and at a slow roll I can shift through them all good. Whenever I am going normal speeds those gears scratch and it is very hard to down shift. Checked clutch fluid and transmission fluid was just serviced 4 months ago. Through searching I have narrowed it down to synchros, throwout bearing or slave cylinder. I however was not sure if it mattered that I could sit still or be at a slow roll and shift through all of the gears.

ok well im not seeing what you are driving, but I have a 90 civic with a b16 and it was grinding in third and 4th, It ended up that because the trailing arm bushings were going out the transmission and engine shifted a little and once I got the bushings replaced it was fine with some adjusting of the linkage. My friends 95 civic has bad mounts and it is also doing the same thing. so if you have not already bring it to a shop and get a free estimation. Its the linkage more than half of the time.

You could try switching to heavy duty GM Synchromesh tranny fluid. I hear it helps a lot with fixing grinds.

Here is an update. I was driving today and all of a sudden the clutch pedal started feeling weird. It was vibrating and I would barely let off of it before it would start trying to engage the clutch. When I did let off the clutch was barely engaging.

Careful with syncromesh. If the trans has some good wear on it then syncro mesh will be to thin. I can't tell you how many b16 and ls tranny's ive had to rebuild because of syncromesh. Your best bet would be buy some synthetic LSD oil like 80W90 or 75W90. If that dont do it then try some of the above suggestions.
