Default tranny going out?

Ok. So latey my car has been acting really weird. I need to know if it is my clutch or my transmision I need to replace. My car is making weird winding noises (like the noise a normal car makes when backing up accept it's more high pitched) in gears 1,2,3&4, when I am decelerating and drop it into 2nd it pops out of gear and grinds. when i rev up to about 4k in 1st gear it starts to make the winding sound also. There is a big oil leak on top of my transmission in my engine bay, I tightened the fill bolt and the drain bolt and I cant find why it won't stop leaking. My transmission is not shifting as smooth as it used to. My clutch feels normal. Should I get a new tranny because my friend has a d15 tranny sitting in his garage that he will sell me for 80$ or should I go buy a new clutch?

it has be your tranny bro...i've gone through the same process with my y8 and it sucked ***. I'm sure its not your clutch but since your going to throw in a new tranny, might as well throw in a new clutch bro. I'd stay away from the exedy oe clutch though. I have it on my y8 tranny and pedal feel is way too soft. Remember to resurface your flywheel too
