Tranny Fluid Advise
well i have a 96 jdm h22 with a 93 lsd h22 manual tranny in my eg... just wonder what brand and weight of tranny or motor oil u guys are using and what you guys recomend. i went to autozone and they told me my capacity was 2 quarts of 10-30 motor oil.. just wondering if that sounds about right...

yeah i have heard about that... and about two quarts is fine... and is there a specific weight or is 10-30 fine...

I would honestly stick with Honda MTF rather than motor oil. If motor oil worked as well, Honda wouldn't have developed the MTF (and indeed refined it into the latest formulation). Just stop at your nearest Honda or Acura dealer and pick up two quarts.

10w30 is fine IF it's non-synthetic

but if you're looking for an upgrade with better decompose resistance go with the AMSIOL FTW.
ive read about how people swear it cures/ prevents grinds.
