Tranny experts!!!!!!Syncros bad?Clutch or what? I did a search please read
In the morning when i get ready to drive to work it wont go into first gear, also has a little hard time going into second and sometimes it doesnt like to go in reverse. Between the 5 miles of me driving to work it feels like when i shift its not going in smooth but it doesnt grind and theres alot of play in my shifter. During my drive it doesnt really act up that much untill i come to a stop. Then it will be hard to go into first but sometimes it goes in easily. When i am leaving work the same thing happens. Also i hear a little ticking noise when the clutch ISNT engaged, its very hard to hear, someone told me syncros but i did a search and looked and it has some of the symptoms but not the most common ones. What do you think?

Does the car go into gear fine when the motor is off?
Just a thought, make sure your slave/master cylinder ok. a slave cylinder taking a dump would cause the problems you've stated.

Speed Kills next time, try not pressing clutcha nd try upshift gears, it will feal stuck and if u keep pushing, GRIIIIIIIIIIND. Something is def bent on his car, since other gears are being shifted into fine i doubt its teh cylinders...

Due to the lack of proper grammar there, I had an extremely hard time reading that, but here goes anyways......
I have shifted without a clutch before. It's called floating, truck drivers do it to avoid putting the clutch in 18 times, and I've done it before when the slave cylinder in my old truck took a ****.
And just because it goes into other gears fine does not necc. mean something is bent. You usually put a car into first at a stop. A bad slave cylinder would inhibit this as opposed to being moving. Same deal with reverse.
The shift linkage controls EVERY gear, not just a few, so I don't see that being a problem. If it's not a salve cylinder, the clutch may be on it's way out. If not that, something is internally wrong with the tranny. Start looking at it in that order, cheapest to most expensive.

last time i tranny issue, i couldnt not get into first at all, 2nd was really stiff, and it would sometimes pop out of 3rd or 4th, after the service as done, 4rd gear syncro was shot, the rest was bent linkage...

heres some things to check out, shifter and shift linkage bushings see if they are worn or ripped.. tranny fluid condition, and the things you cant exactly see that it sounds like is either a bent shift fork, (there is more than one in the trans itself so that can be a reason why its hard to get into certain gears and not others).. also shift linkage as stated before.. you would feel a bad clutch in the pedal before you would get symptoms in the shifting and if you had bad synchros it would grind and you said it doesnt
