Default Tranny and dyno

Ok i just got my VAFC (after months of looking and waiting) and put it in this afternoon. I plan on going to Titan Motorsports to do a dyno run to get it tuned along with my cam gear and FPR. My question is that i ahve a dx tranny in my car and i wanted to know if it would have any type of affect on my dyno results? Or dose it not matter what tranny is bolted to my D16z6. Thanks.

I THINK (so dont quote me on it) tranny has nothing to do with it. I think no matter what it would take the same power away with whatever tranny you have just longer gears.

yea thats what i thought. But i was not sure. I have heard that it would effect it but not much. Seeing that the tranny is what puts the power to the wheels and all.

Transmission means nothing. They use the gear that is closest 1:1 ratio most of the time.
