Default trailing arm removal problem (stupid bushings)...

i am helping a friend do a rear disc conversion on his civic. we are removing the civic trailing arms and all the bolts will come out but one. the bolt that is all the way towards the front of the vehicle has a metal and rubber bushing in it. the metal part of the bushing is fused to the bolt, just like what happens to a lot of rear LCA bolts. anyone have this same experience, and if so, how did you fix it? we are really pressed for time so some quick help would be appreciated. thanks.
