Get ahold of a voltmeter and measure the output voltage at idle and at wide open throttle. To do this run one electrode on the voltmeter to the middle wire plugging up to the TPS and run the other electrode to the battery ground. Normal voltage should be .5 volts at idle, and 4.5 volts at WOT.
