Default tps problem question

i just installed a omni power 70mm throttle body and went to set my old tps sensor

i can get it set to .45V at closed throttle but i can only get a maxium of 4.1V at WOT

is this normal or alright i thought it should read 4.5V at WOT

should i get a different TPS?

Just drive it and see what happens. It doesn't have to be dead on 4.5v.
