Default TPS Issues. I'm stumped.

I'm throwing code 7 for TPS the other day. I check my TPS, and somehow one of the three wires got cut. It was a clean cut too, almost as if wire cutters cut it. How this happened, I have not a damn clue. So I fix the wire, plug it back in, now my VAFC is showing 0% throttle. I checked the plug for voltage (with the car on).. no voltage.

Any ideas anyone?

By the way, we can rule ECU malfunction out. I tried my other ECU and no fix.

Bump like the results you get from sleeping with a $5 hooker.

if you have a wiring diagram, check where the 3 wires go, see on the connector what you are missing, i would think its probably 2 grounds and 1 power, if all 3 go to the ecu, use an ohm meter to see which wire is broken...i'm thinking the wire is broken elsewhere...if all the wires look good, it could just be a bad tps, or maybe u needa adjust it
