i have done the serach and i know this info
You also need to be sure you have correct voltage, sensor connected, ign 'on':
Pins 1 and 3
0.5volts with the TB closed
4.5volts with the TB fully open
but the question is whats pin1 and pin 3 and i have a multimeter.but where does red needle point/connect to and where does black needle connect/point to?

Re: TPS adjustment (Powered by VTEC)
The easy way is to take the black and touch to ground/- Batt.
Then back probe the connector with the red while attached to TPS and key in the on position.
I can't remember which wire but you can figure it out.
One will have 5v Power wire.
One will be 0v ground wire.
And one will be the signal which is the one you test with.
