Default TPS adjustment

my CEL came on a while back and the OBDII said it was my torque converter clutch circuit malfunction. well today i got around to getting a jumper code and the only one was code 7, my TPS. i understand that if the TPS isn't adjusted right or is shot my tranny will throw that code. can anyone tell me how to adjust my TPS and what the voltage for closed and WOT is?

you cant really adjust your TPS...all you can do is test to see if the right amount of power is going to it at WOT or less...if the readings are off you know you have to replace ur TPS...then your gonna have to spend doe

0.51 volts on the signal wire closed throttle with the Key on Engine off and the sensor plugged in. other two wires should be ground and five volts. Voltage should steadily increase from 0.51 volts to over 4 volts as the throttle is opened.

I call BS. You can readjust. If you have to replace it then you are looking at buying a whole new throttle body in most cases.
Just drill out the screws holding it in there and get some different ones. It will allow you to adjust it enough to get back even if the voltages are off.

To find out exact info you will have to look elsewhere as I don't have specifics.
