do you know where you TB (throttle body) is at?

on the back side of the TB closest to the firewall, is a little black circular sensor. with a three wire plug on it... thats it.

At idle it should be
.45 - .50

Wide open it should be
4.50 - 5.00

what? alright im putting nitrous on it and i needed to know if the wire that changes when the throttle is open has a 5 volt power because the little wire from the zex box needs one of those wires on it and it needs a 5v powersource but one of them has both of the things i need if that makes sense let me know

One wire has a constant 5v source, the other I explained above.

No, it changes, it does not have 5v

It should have .45 - .50 at idle and at wide open throttle it should have 4.5 - 5.00 volts . This is the wire that tells the ecu how much the throttle is open. The other wire has a constant 5v to run back to the ecu to let the ecu know its working correctly.

dont check it at an idle, just "key on"
dont need the engine running.
