Default tourque specs on a 92-95 d16z6 header? where to get the cheapest o2 sensor?

well......... i went to install my dc 4-2-1 2 piece header tonight. couldnt get the o2 sensor off, so i went to advance auto to buy a o2 sensor tool. that didnt work either.
i rounded off the sensor, so it cant come off now.
advance said their bosch o2 sensor is 140 bucks. wtf.... i didnt buy it. i figured theres one cheaper somewhere else. is there???????

plus i dont know what to tourque down my header to my block . anybody know the proper tourque settings?

TIA!

You just tighten the castle bolts that hold your header to the cylider head. You don't specifically need a torque wrench, just use feeling.

Also you can buy a 'universal' o2 sensor from Denso on ebay. I bought one for a total of 16 bucks and works perfectly fine

i did only one a lil "too" tight.
it popped. dammit. but i just think i stripped the nut. but it seems to still hold.
ohh and i let it run right after i put it on and i saw a little but of white smoke for a minute or two. could that be the gasket? is it oil coated or somthing?
