Default Torque Lugnuts

Pretty noobish question but I have to ask it because I can't remember. Just wondering how much I have to torque the lugnuts for my wheels. I looked in my owners manual and its not there! Anyways I have a 98 Honda Civic EX.

Thanks ahead of time!!!

80 lbs/ft .... or turn it till it's tight with a regular wrench, and then about 1/4 - 1/2 turn

Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina is all considered the "dirty south" .... but I exclude Florida and Texas from that list because ..... well .... they suck.
