Ok I have been searchign here for the past 1.5 hours, and I have yet to come across a solution to my problem.

I did an engine swap on my 93 del sol.

I took out a D16Z6, and replaced wiht the same engine.

The engine came out of a EF hatch, so it had some different things (IM, fuel rail, injectors, res box, etc)

I used my Z6 intake mani, rail, and injectors, and my P28 ECU.

Now, the car starts, but misses horribly!

I cant go over 3000RPM, even at WOT.

I am getting a code 16 (fuel injector), but I checked, and double checked the entire fuel system, and it is good.

Any idead as to what is causing this?

One of my injectors, the plastic cover is cracked around the pintle. But I was told this isnt a concern.

This system, was running perfect, until I dissasembled it fri night for the swap.

And again, it is all hooked up properly.

I also did a fuel injector pulse test, and they all fired. All my timing is good.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

I know EF = OBD0.

It was running a PM6 ECU, and had the VTEC wired to a switch.

All I did, was take the longblock out of that car.

I used my Z6 manifold, rail, injectors, obd1 wiring harness and ECU (p28)
