Your hatch looks clean... I prefer my cars to sit a little lower for looks. And I'll disagree on the headlight/corner light combo you have going. I think keeping it stock would have looked a little better. Overall good job though, and that motor swap is an accomplishment in any build. Why did you choose white for the valve cover?
As for the EJ1... my personal favorite for a body style! I have a red coupe just like it, waiting for me to come home and start tinkering. Good luck!

Re: (tampabud)
classy!!! very nice two year project. i think the corners would be better if they were not black. not sure what would look best. maybe clear stanley corners. or some smoke ambers to match the tails!!
i like the cf hood but think a eg6 duckdill with the long LED light looks better then the spoons replicas.
this is a beautiful car sir. you did well.
thing i like most is that it is not impossibly lowered. it is still functional as our cars should be. i know i cant slam my car because i drive it in the winter through snow and have huge potholes.
edit: just noticed something else i like!! no lips!!! again function over form!!

Clean lookin hatch man! You went a similar route to what I've been doing with my EK sedan. Black and white, I like the white valve cover and white rims, stands out against the black. Engine bay looks real clean as well. Overall good job, keep us updated on how the coupe goes

the hatch was just a shell when i bought it. probably put a little to much time and money into it. but over all i like how it came out.. thats how a b20's done right!

looks very nice and clean I agree with most about the corners I think some clear corners would make it look very sharp but the black doesn't look hideous. Clear corners would comliment the white wheels
