Default Is It Too Expensive???

Hi all....
I thinking about getting a Hybrid Civic, but i'm not sure about the price....
92 Civic EG6 - CLEAN TITLE
JDM - B16A with about 40K on motor
H22 ECU
Headers, Intake, Exhaust
GRS Wheels
M3 mirror
Projector Light w/ black background
JDM amber turn signals
Custom Paint (dark green metalic w/ many clear coats)
Ran 14.5 w/ donut tires
Skunk2 coilover

He's asking for $8000.

The car condition is very nice and clean, however, the Idle is not stable....
I think its because he's using H22 ECU.

What do you guys think? is it a good deal? bad? how much is the best price for that car?

Thanks

Everything seems to be pretty nice, though I would see if the guy could get the idle speed corrected or take around 500 of the price.

I agree. . .find out the exact source of the idle problem, try to find out if there are any more issues, then negotiate the price. The last thing you would want is a nice, clean car sitting on the side of the road with $8000 less in your pocket.

I'd do 6.5 to 7k if everything checks out.

I would just go with 6.5 There is no telling how good everything was done and what is causing the rough idle...Cams? The car goes for 3 maybe 3.5 the swap is 2.5 that is 6....other goodies are all used too....6.5

i think they already gave you thier idea on how much they would pay for such a car with idling problem. i would pay around 6 G's with 7 the highest. not knowing what causes the rough idle will give you headaches later on. check and see the condition of the install and how he ran the car when he had it.
