Hmmmm. They are warranted for life. I have had a pair go bad (lowered the car too much) and were replaced under warranty with no problems.

Illumina's are easy to adjust (just a small screwdriver on the top of the strut) and they do adjust for compression and rebound which Koni's do not (unless you get the Koni double adjustables $$) The only problem I have had is the red adjusters can pop out. A little silicone caulk and that problem is solved.

I have had mine for allmost a year now and I absolutely love them. I would definetely buy them again. Oh yeah I have neuspeed sports on them but I think that I am going to get either the neuspeed race springs or some skunk2 springs or coilovers.

Ive had em on skunkworks for 8 months and one of my front ones blew. Maybe cuz I was riding too low though. IMO good shock for the price but if I had more cash on me I would try a set of koni yellows now.

I just threw mine in a few weeks ago with Ground-Control coilovers. I like them. Stiff ride but most is because of the coilovers.

Edit: I'm about 6 threads up in the back and 4 threads in the front. On 14" stock wheels my **** looks slammed.

have them on my R and my hatch I love em
good for dates, racing on the week end or if you have some fat guy in the back you can increase the rear shocks so you dont look like a mexi hatch
(no offense to Mexicans, just using this as an example)

I have had my illuminas for about a year with ground controls, and have had no trouble with them. but the only thing i kind of dont like is that they are kind of soft even when you put them on the stiffest settings. but over all for daily i like mine
