Default Tokico HP or Illumina's?

Hey guys,

I am about to order a set of GC's and Tokico's for my 2000 civic sedan. It will be used for 'spirited' street driving and probably won't be auto-x'd.

My question is, should i go for Tokico HP or Illumina's?

I have been looking at both on ebay.....

http://www.stores.ebay.com/pow...lay=2

Also, has anyone ordered from these folks before? I want to order from them but am hesitant on spending $800+ cdn...

Please hook me up with some advice

I havent bought anything from them but they look pretty respectable, they have a 98.5% feedback rating for over 5,000 buyers, I wouldent worry too much

Thats what im thinking. But the 77 people that gave the negative feedback, some of them ended up getting screwed and didnt even receive any product, also they seem to be no good for replying to emails, etc.

I'm just really worried because i am looking at around $800cdn and am kind of new to ebay.

Thanks for all the replies though guys, keep em coming.

first off, that's a great avatar. thank you!

i have the HPs and wish i'd went with the illuminas just to have the adjustability when i raise/lower my car (skunk2 coilovers), especially for the difference in track vs commuting setup. spend the extra money for full adjustability, if you're looking for options. if you never plan on changing ride height or the shock setting, save yourself the money.

edit: i just checked those prices...for the extra $100 definitely go with the illuminas.

I appreciate all the replies guys.

What do you think of the auction? Should i be concerned about the 77 people that had problems getting their order and some even not getting it at all?
I knjow it's only a small percentage of buyers but still....

I've only had Tokico HP's. But I've never gone past 1.5" either. Going lower than 1.5" normally screws with camber issues. My CRX and EH had H&R Sport w/ Tokico HP's....never a camber issue.....and such a smooth ride.
