Tires, Tires, Tires
I'm looking to buy a new set of tires...I'd like to get the Falken Azenis, but they don't come in a 205/45/16, and I'm afraid the 215/45/16 will be too wide and rub. So, does anyone have a set of the Parada Spec-2's? How do they compare to the Azenis? I'm not concerned about wear, just stickiness. Thanks

Re: Tires, Tires, Tires (ginnis)
i was thinking of getting the spec-2's but then i talked to a few people, and apparently they get noisy after some wear...and i guess the wet traction isnt that great.... i cant confirm any of this but thats what i have heard over the last 8-9 months
i might get some falken azines (sp), toyo's. or kuhmo's i have no idea yet

I have nitto 450's on my 95 coupe. There 205/40 16's. I have 120whp (about) and I can barely get them to break loose. They also have really good wet traction.

You can't go wrong with the Parada Spec 2's or the S-03's, but these tires are not in the same price catagory as the Azenis. If you're on a budget, the Falken's can't be beat. If price is not an issue, my recommendation Toyo Proxxes T1-S.

i have the regular paradas in 205/45/16. They are noisy under breaking and decleration.
But they work pretty well in my opinion. At the last autox i was at, there was a 99si with 15" aziens. I had my 96 CX with stock motor and no mods. I was less then half a second slower then the si.
