Default Tires slipping on street after replacing knuckle/hub

ok so the problem started when I replaced my alternator, I had to remove my wheel and 2 of the studs broke so I read all over the internet and some guys told to grind them and some other stuff. I prefered to buy the whole thing from a salvage yard, they sold me the hub, bearing and the little steel arm all that together so I just had to put it back together. Now when I take turns like at 40+mph and Im saying like turns on the highway my tires seems like it's slipping like if I were turning my tires 80 degrees like if it was drifting. I dont know if this happend because of the hub that I replaced? did I placed the nuts loose? I didnt want to overthingten the nuts and break the studs on the tie rod so I just thight them well but I dont know please help I dont want to be on an accident
