Default Tires Rubbing Fender Problem!!!

ok guys i have a bit of a problem and don't know how to fix...
i have an 94 civic hatch.. its dropped on GC coilovers with Tokico Illuminas and i'm running some Rotas that are 15x6.5 with an 45 offset. it rubs every now and then when i hit a dip or even turn a bit faster but its rubbing the inside of the fender. so i tried my friends wheels that are 38 offset and it rubs even worse on the outside of the fender! but my friend has an 94 del sol that is slammed lot more than me and he doesn't rub also my friend with an 01 teg that is slammed and never rubs either. and i'm buying some rims with 32 offset on 2rims and the other 2 rims are 38 offset. what do i have to do to run these rims on my car?!?

is it the Tire or the rim hitting the fender, what size tires are you running?

sounds like you're bottoming out too

short answer: roll your fenders, raise your car, or get stiffer springs/struts.
