Default tire tucket back after accident

so early this year i was in an accident. i only have liability so i had to do all my repairs.
when i was done with the major stuff, i moved on to the suspension.
i changed the lower control arm(front), spindle and the upper arm assembly.

my tire is still tucked in though. any idea what i can change to put it back to normal?
here is a pic

Subframe probably got bent. You need one from another '96 - '00 Civic.

This guy here shows a how-to for replacing the front subframe:

not looking forward to all that. ugh

EDIT: is there a way to actually tell if the subframe got bent a little?
i would HATE to do all that work just to find out that
the subframe was not bent.
will a bent stabilizer bar cause the tire to be as it is?

To make it easier on yourself,

Take your car to the local alignment place right and ask them to see if they can do an alignment on it.

When they get it onto the machine they will check what is wrong before they do anything on your car.

When they put your car on the rack they will pull you to the side and start giving you the bad news.

There you just got a free diagnosis.

Say thanks and be on your way.

I had something similar when I went into a curb. I pushed my front subframe back about two inches. They couldn't tell what it was at first. They ended up having to remove three or four bolts, put everything back in place and then it was good. Nothing was bent on mine they said.

My only concern now is I feel like the steering is very light. It drives straight though and not nearly as bad as it did before. Eran thinks they set my toe (or caster?) to zero.

so your subframe was just moved back but not bent?
can you clarify? im stuck on how it can be moved back without bending.

and what should the toe or caster be set too?

Did the shop check the alignment? Also, did you measure the distance from the front hub to the rear hub and compare it to another Civic?

I brought it to a shop and they put it in the air. They looked around for about five hours trying to figure out what it was. They finally found out it was the subframe.

They told me it was only moved. No bending. I'm not personally familiar with the front subframe like that.

take it over to a shop and have a pro take a look at it.

buddy did almost the same thing,(he hit a somewhat lowerd truck) and he wheel was the same as yours. it took a some shop in renton 5.5 hours to figure out the subframe had a little damage, they said it was fixible without a doubt but he decided to just switch it out.

If you already took it to a shop and they confirmed the frame was straight then you in luck.

Do a couple measurements between the left side and the right side like from LCA to front radiator support.

Measure in X from Right radiator support to Left LCA, then do the same for the right.

Measure in X again but this time measure it from radiator support(Just like above) to the compliance bushings.

This will tell you if the LCA is messed up or the rear subframe. Oh and the rear subframe does not move, it uses special bolts that holts it in place and I do not see any subframe moving that much.

The measurements will tell you if the rear subframe is bent or not, if it is then off to the junkyard for they are pretty cheap. It's just a PITB to take it off then put it back on because the rack is attached to it. Make sure you have a buddy to help you cause that thing is heavy.........or it could be I'm just weak....lol.

Anyways GL yo.

See the black rubber bushing on right, that is the compliance bushing. This is pointed to back of your car.
