Default Tire Thread Direction

I just got a new set of Michelin Pilots 195/55/15 on my 2000 SI. I just got home and noticed that all the tire thread direction aren't pointing the same way. The Right side is pointing back and the left side it pointing to the front. IS THIS SUPPOSE TO BE RIGHT? i always thought all 4 tires had to point in the same direction.

Thanks in advanced.

if they're directional, there should be molded rubber writing on the sidewall that shows which way it's supposed to rotate.
