tire size, wheels size, clearance problem?

tire size, wheels size, clearance problem?
I will be getting 17" wheels and I want 205/50/17 tires. I want the 50 profile just for a little give on the extremely bad roads i must tackle everyday. The car is not lowered will this be a problem? Is there any event that will make the tire hit the wheel well or the anywhere around there? Or will i have plenty or room for everday driving to and from school and work?

first of all wot model civic are you putting them on? if its a eg you will have to roll the lip guards that are just inside the front and rear pannels...make sure that if you lower it you do it right (dont cut springs or change them and use stock shoks!!) ...in my opinion 17" wheels on a hatch
