Tips on removing O2 sensor??? (help)
Got my new header in there, can't remove the O2 sensor from the stock exh. manifold...any tips on how to remove it? No way I'd want to buy a new one b/c of this ****...thanks homeys.

spray it down with some grease/lube, or whatever and let the car run a bit. the heat expands the metal...... also are you doing this with the exhuast manifold on the engine or off of it...... you might be able to get more leverage if you take it off

clamp the mani in a vice, get the socket for removing o2 sensors and put 5 foot piece of metal pipe on there and give it all ya got. i heard that using spray is bad, especially if u wanna re-use the sensor because it can foul it up if it gets on the inside of the sensor
