Common sense and paranoia by the pound.
Really though, I think all posts like these only give pointers to thieves on what to look for, kind of like a troubleshooting guide. "If you're unsuccessful stealing a car, check out these common theft prevention ideas and find ways to overcome them! Only $4.99!!" But that's just me. In the end they'll just bring a flatbed and be done with it.

unless you have a lot of them, your car can still get stolen
and another thing, all you punks out there that talk about how you got guns and **** to protect your car, you ain't shooting ****... i have had enough of listening to this, "I'll pop whoever comes near my car" bullshit because: 1) you probably won't be anywhere near your car when it is getting stolen, that's why it would be getting stolen and 2) you are an ******* if you would really go to jail for murder over your "Honda", the boys in jail will think you're real hard and you'll be someone's bitch in no time...don;t get me wrong, i love my Honda too but let's keep it real, you don't get any extra thug points for having a gun as theft detturant for your car

hahaha u like the smell of ur own brand dont ya!!! waufting, wuafting!!!
There is no way u can totally insure the safety of ur car unless u just park it in ur garage and dont drive it....just enjoy and drive ur car while u have it. If someone is gonna steal ur car, they r gonna get it, most of the time...just be smart....

How to keep your car from getting jacked.....
1) Go to Humane Society
2) Adopt the fugliest, rabbies infected, Snarled beast of a dog you can find
3) Buy a 15ft nylon cord (wont scratch the paint or rims)
4) Tie that **** to your rear tow hook everywhere you park
