Default Timming belt coming loose and other...

well i started out with a full y8 swap, but the y8 block started knocking, well i put the y7 block on it and got everything in...

no i tightened the timming belt and timed it up right... well we start the motor and it ran shitty like the timing belt is fucked or something....

it starts flapping and gets really loose, i dont know if the y8 timming belt is different than the y7 or what, or is it just i need a new tensior pulley??

please help
